What we collect
- Contact and exposure-check requests: name, work email address, company, the type and address of the application you ask about, and your message.
- Clients: billing details and the names and contact details of the people we work with during an engagement.
- Server logs: IP address, browser type and pages requested, kept for security.
What we don't collect
- Payment card details. Payments never pass through this website.
- Advertising or cross-site tracking data.
- Anything from your application without your written authorization.
How we use it
- To reply to your request and schedule calls.
- To scope, deliver and support engagements you ask for.
- To issue invoices and meet tax and legal obligations.
- To keep this website secure.
Who we share it with
Our email, scheduling, database and hosting providers, only so they can run the service for us. We don't sell personal data, and we don't share engagement findings with anyone but you.
How long we keep it
Contact requests: 24 months. Client records: as long as tax law requires. Engagement materials: deleted after delivery unless you ask us to keep them. Server logs: 30 days.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by emailing info@qubitronlabs.com. Depending on where you live, laws such as the GDPR or India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act give you further rights.
