A team that takes software apart for a living, and hardens it so others can't
Qubitron Security is the application security practice of Qubitron Labs. We test and harden web, mobile, desktop and smart-contract applications for the teams that own them.
Why this practice exists
AI coding agents can now read a shipped application and explain how it works, from nothing more than what it sends to the browser or installs on a phone. In October 2026, toolkits such as REA made that something anyone with an agent can do in minutes, on web apps, mobile packages, desktop installers and binaries alike.
Most teams have never seen their own product through that lens. We show them, with the same tools, on the build they ship. Then we fix what matters: move logic server-side, harden what has to stay on the client, close the holes a penetration test finds, and verify the result the way an attacker would.
Who we are
Qubitron Labs is a team of 13 software engineers, AI specialists, product designers and growth people, on the fifth floor of Gordhan Sky Mall in Jaipur, Rajasthan. Most of our work is building web platforms, mobile apps, AI systems and blockchain products for clients, and staying on while they run.
Two parts of that work became this practice. We reverse engineer software for clients who own it, to recover undocumented systems and APIs. And we harden applications with obfuscation, anti-tamper and runtime protection, then test them the way an attacker would. Building products ourselves means we know what shipping under deadline looks like, and we write reports for engineers who have one.

How we work
- Authorization first. We only test applications you own or are explicitly authorized to test, and we confirm that in writing before we start. See our rules of engagement.
- Evidence over opinion. Every finding comes with the decompiled excerpt, captured request or extracted value that proves it, so your team can reproduce it.
- AI-assisted, human-verified. We use the same AI tooling attackers use to cover ground fast, and a person confirms every finding before it reaches you.
- Honest about limits. Testing finds issues; it can't prove their absence. Hardening raises the cost of copying; it can't make copying impossible. We say so in every report.
- Fix, don't just describe. Where you want it, we implement the hardening and re-test, rather than leaving a list.
What we won't do
We don't help anyone reverse engineer, copy or attack a product they don't own. Requests to analyse a competitor's app are declined, whatever the stated reason.
